Les Responsables de la Mission d’Observation Ã‰lectorale de l’Union EuropÃ©enne ont prÃ©sentÃ© ce jeudi 4 mai 2017 Ã l’hÃ´tel El Rancho PÃ©tion-Ville, le rapport final autour du processus Ã©lectoral dÃ©marrÃ© depuis mars 2015. Dans ce rapport, les membres de la MOE de l’UE recommandent la formation d’un conseil permanent tel que exige la constitution haÃ¯tienne.
