Le jeudi 14 mars 2019, le ministre de la planification et de la coopération externe (MPCE) et l’ambassadeur du Canada en Haiti ont paraphé six accords portant sur des projets relatifs au renforcement du secteur agricole. Lesquels projets sont financés par Ottawa à hauteur de 79 millions de dollars Canadiens sur une période de 5 ans.
