Après trois ans d’accalmie, Cité Soleil bascule dans la violence. Ainsi, depuis déjà une semaine, une situation de tension règne dans le plus grand bidonville du pays.
Selon le maire de la commune, Joel Janéus, les affrontements entre gangs rivaux ont déjà coûté la vie à six personnes. Il annonce par ailleurs qu’il va porter plainte contre l’Etat.
