Le présumé chef de gang Arnel Joseph a été appréhendé par des agents de la Police Nationale d’Haïti dans la localité de Bonne Fin dans le Sud du pays.
Selon les informations, il était en train de recevoir des soins à l’hôpital de Bonne Fin tout près de Cavaillon.
