Haïti passe à l’heure d’hiver, selon un communiqué du secrétariat général de la présidence, l’heure nationale sera reculée de 60 minutes à partir de 2 heures am ce dimanche 3 novembre 2019, en vertu des dispositions de l’Arrêté Présidentiel du mercredi 7 mars 2012.
