Le président de la République Michel Joseph Martelly a rencontré les membres du conseil électoral provisoire au Palais National ce mardi 5 Janvier 2016. Cette rencontre fait suite à la correspondance du CEP au Chef de l’État, pour lui expliquer leurs impossibilités à réaliser le second tour du scrutin le dimanche 17 janvier prochain.
