En effet , une fusillade s’est produite dans la matinée du vendredi 22 février 2019 dans la localité de carrefour feuilles zone avoisinante du centre ville de port au prince. Trois (3) personnes ont trouvé la mort et plusieurs autres blessées par balle lors de cette fusillade. La population parle d’un gang dénommé “Baz atè a” qui dans le temps opérait dans la localité de delmas.
