L’ancien Directeur Général de la Police Nationale d’Haïti a été placé en garde à vue à Saint-Marc par le juge instructeur en charge du dossier de la saisie d’armes en 2016, a rapporté le correspondant de la Radio Kiskeya.
Orelus avait comparu pour la première fois le 20 novembre 2017 sur ce dossier. Pour cette deuxième fois, le juge Lumérant aurait conclu que  l’ancien chef de la police haïtienne serait lié à l’importation illégale d’armes à feu.
