Constatant que les deux compagnies de tÃ©lÃ©phonie mobile dÃ©jÃ installÃ©es dans le pays sont incapables dâ€™exploiter, selon les normes internationales, le vrai 4G/LTE, le Directeur GÃ©nÃ©ral du Conseil National des TÃ©lÃ©communications (CONATEL), Jean David Rodney, propose Ã son ministÃ¨re de tutelle dâ€™introduire sur le marchÃ© haÃ¯tien un 3Ã¨me opÃ©rateur capable dâ€™offrir convenablement aux haÃ¯tiens les derniÃ¨res technologies de ce secteur.
