Alors que la fin du mandat de la Mission des Nations Unies pour la Stabilisation en Haïti (Minustah) expire le 15 avril prochain (en Haïti depuis 2004), Antonio Guterres, le nouveau Secrétaire général des Nations Unies recommande dans un rapport, que les fonds restant pour la Minustah, soient utilisés pour une courte mission supplémentaire de 6 mois.
