L’Office de la protection du citoyen (OPC) en partenariat avec l’unité correctionnelle de la MINUSTAH a démarré ce lundi 25 juillet 2016 à Pétion-Ville, une formation de 3 jours autour du thème “Protection des droits humains dans le milieu carcéral”. L’objectif est de renforcer la capacité des agents de l’OPC sur tout le territoire national.
