Dans une correspondance adressée au Président Michel Martelly par le président du Conseil Électoral Provisoire, Pierre Louis Opont, ce lundi 4 Janvier 2016, les membres du CEP croient qu’il sera impossible pour organiser le deuxième tour des élections le 17 janvier prochain, en raison du temps qui serait trop court pour planifier le processus.
