Le sénateur Carl Murat Cantave devient le nouveau président du sénat de la République suite à l’élection qui s’est tenue hier soir pour le renouvellement du bureau.

Le sénateur Cantave a battu son collègue Pierre François Sildor, le sénateur Jean-Marie Salomon a été élu vice-président et Onondieu Louis a conservé son poste de Questeur Gracia Delvas vice-questeur, Dieupie Chérubin premier secrétaire et Willot Joseph deuxième secrétaire du bureau du sénat de la République.
