Sur la suggestion de l’Association des Journalistes Haïtiens, le vice-président du Conseil Électoral Provisoire Pierre Manigat Junior se retire de l’institution électorale. Le concerné a adressé une correspondance au président de la République Michel Joseph Martelly, le vendredi 22 Janvier 2016 pour l’informer de sa décision.
