Des manifestants ont pillé et mis feu à la base de l’Unité Départemental de Maintien d’Ordre (UDMO) à Cité Soleil. Environ 8 véhicules incendiés. Cette situation s’est éclatée suite au décès d’un enfant par balles dans la cité, où les manifestants accusent les agents de l’UDMO d’être les responsables de ce meurtre.
