La présidente du Chili, Michelle Bachelet, veut interdire les sacs plastiques sur les 5 000 kilomètres de côtes que compte le Chili. A moins d’un mois de l’élection présidentielle, à laquelle elle ne peut pas se représenter, la socialiste a transmis à l’assemblée un projet de loi en ce sens.
