La circulation sur la route nationale #1 est bloquée très tôt ce mardi 28 mai 2019, plus précisément à villard, une localité se trouvant entre Pont Sondé et l’Estère.
Des bandits qui feraient parti du gang de Arnel Joseph, ont intercepté un véhicule qui assure le trajet Port-de-Paix/Port-au-Prince après avoir dépouillé les passagers.
Par ailleurs, plusieurs véhicules ont leurs pneus crevés et servent de barricade notamment un trailer de la compagnie BRANA.
