Un autobus assurant le trajet Cap-Haïtien/ Port-au-Prince impliqué dans un accident, en plein délit de fuite, a foncé successivement sur trois bandes de rara ce dimanche matin 12 mars non loin de la ville de Gonaïves, à 150 kilomètres au nord de la capitale, tuant 38 personnes et en blessant 13 autres, selon les responsables de la protection civile.
