Les pluies diluviennes qui se sont abattues sur le département du Nord-est ont fait au moins 7 morts jeudi soir, dans la commune de Ouanaminthe.
Les victimes, à bord d’une voiture, tentaient de traverser la rivière Canarie qui était en crue.
Me Ostwalde Joseph, juge d’instruction au tribunal de première instance de Port-au-Prince, a été retrouvée parmi les victimes de cette tragédie.
