Le Directeur exécutif du Conseil Électoral Provisoire, Uder ANTOINE, dément les accusations de certaines personnes, dont le candidat a la présidence Moise Jean-Charles faisant croire que Andy APAID a visité de manière clandestine la semaine écoulée le Centre de Tabulation de Votes. Selon Uder ANTOINE, il est le seul à pouvoir autoriser quelqu’un à franchir cet espace. Tout en précisant que M. Apaid n’est pas un employé du CEP.
