Ce matin 01 octobre 2018, Le nouveau secrétaire du parti RDNP, Eric Jean-Baptiste, a été attaqué et blessé par balles par des individus non identifiés à Carrefour-Feuille.
L’ancien candidat à la présidence est transféré en urgence dans un hôpital dans la capitale pour des soins que son cas nécessite.
