Le Président de la République Jovenel MOÃSE, accompagné de la Première Dame, Mme Martine Moïse, ont accueilli ce jeudi 9 février au Palais national, Raquel Pélissier, première dauphine au concours de Miss Univers 2017. À cette occasion, le Chef de l’état en a profité pour nommer Raquel Pélissier Ambassadrice de bonne volonté des affaires culturelles et touristiques d’Haïti.
