Lors d’une audition de la commission affaires étrangères de la chambre des députés ce mercredi 11 Mai 2017, le chancelier haïtien Antonio Rodrigue, s’est plaint de l’État catastrophique de la diplomatie haïtienne. Le ministère des affaires étrangères , qui a la charge de conduire des négociations iimportantes notamment avec la République Dominicaine, ne dispose pas de cadres compétents, regrette M. Rodrigue.
