L’ancien directeur du Bureau de Monétisation des Programmes d’Aide au Développement, Eustache Saint-Lot, a été relâché ce vendredi 3 Juin 2016, après avoir passé 8 jours en garde à vue sous l’ordre du Commissaire du Gouvernement de Port-au-Prince, Me Jean Danton Léger.
