L’Union Européenne (UE) autorise le décaissement de 16 millions d’euros pour venir en aide aux populations du sud victimes de l’ouragan Matthew. Les ressources financières proviennent de la réserve du 11e Fonds Européen de Développement (FED) destinée à couvrir des besoins imprévus précise un communiqué de l’UE.
