Selon Mme Chrisnette Saint-Georges, la responsable de communication de l’Unité Hydro-metéorologique d’Haïti (UHM), il pourrait avoir augmentation de pluie sur tout le territoire du pays, les jeudi 16 et vendredi 17 novembre 2017, pouvant causée de grande inondations. Cependant, elle précise que ce n’est pas un cyclone et profite pour lancer un appel à la vigilance.
