Cet incident est produit dans la nuit du samedi 8 décembre 2018 dans la localité Glaise 7ème section communale Gerard de Grand-Goâve.
La population a lynché ce jeune garçon connu sur le nom de Fritznel, un présumé voleur de cheval.
On l’a connu comme un récidiviste. Il a été appréhendé par la population aux environs de minuit avec deux chevaux et un mulet selon les riverains.
