Le conseiller électoral, Me Néhémy Joseph a donné sa démission du Conseil électoral provisoire (CEP) ce Vendredi 2 Octobre 2015.
Dans une lettre adressée au Président de la République, le représentant du secteur vodou au sein du conseil électoral a évoqué des raisons d'”inconfortabilité” pour justifier sa décision.
