La Télévision Nationale d’Haïti (TNH) annonce que le Président Jovenel Moïse s’adressera ce jeudi à la nation sans toutefois préciser l’heure. Cela fait exactement 8 jours depuis que des soulèvement secouent le pays et jusqu’à présent aucune réaction du côté du pouvoir exécutif. Tout le monde attend le mot du président.
