Taïwan vient d’envoyer un signal fort à ses voisins d’Asie. Le parlement a adopté ce 12 avril une loi sur la protection des animaux qui interdit la consommation, l’achat ou la possession de viande de chien et de chat. Taïwan devient ainsi le premier pays asiatique à se débarasser de cette pratique.
