Le Ministre démissionnaire de la justice et de la sécurité publique, Jean Roudy Aly, dans une correspondance adressée à Me Inel Torchon, lui informe qu’il est réintégré à titre de commissaire du gouvernement près du tribunal de Première instance de Port-au-Prince. Cette nomination fait suite à la démission de Paul Eronce Villard à ce poste.
