Des étudiants de l’Université d’État d’Haïti ont foulé le macadam ce mercredi 12 février. Objectif: dénoncer les cas d’enlèvement à répétition enregistrés dans la région métropolitaine de Port-au-Prince. Les forces de l’ordre font usage de gaz lacrymogènes pour disperser la foule.
