La deuxième édition du PRIX D’EXCELLENCE organisé par la Fondation Dr Luzincourt F. Adrien se déroule du 05 au 16 mai 2019 à la commune de Liancourt au profit des élèves du troisième cycle. Neuf prix pour un total de soixante quinze mille gourdes seront décernés aux élèves dont trois (3) par catégorie. Le Dr F. Adrien est l’auteur du livre “LES ENFANTS DES MIGRANTS HAÃTIENS À L’ÉCOLE” aux éditions de l’Harmathan, en France, publié en Haïti à Livres en folie en 2016.
