La République Dominicaine a voté vendredi au Conseil de Sécurité en faisant abstention sur le départ de la MINUJUSTH en octobre prochain. Selon les autorités Dominicaines, le retrait de la mission onusienne coïncidera avec les élections d’octobre, des périodes toujours marquées par l’instabilité en Haïti.
