Dieuné César alias général “Kilikou” a été arrêté ce jeudi 23 janvier 2020 vers les 4 heures du matin dans la localité de Desmornes, a travers une opération menée par le Commissaire du Gouvernement des Cayes Me. Ronald Richemond avec le support de la population de cette zone.
