L’ancien député Arnel Bélizaire échappé d’une tentative d’arrestation à Saint-Marc ce vendredi, a été appréhendé aux environs de 1 heure 30 ce matin à l’entrée de Jacmel en compagnie de son frère et d’autres individus lourdement armés. M. Belizaire n’a opposé aucune résistance à son arrestation selon les autorités du sud-est.
