Dans une note adressée à la population Haïtienne et les carnavaliers en particulier, le gouvernement annonce l’annulation du carnaval à Port-au-Prince, suite aux différents dégâts enregistrés et l’inquiétude qui s’installe au milieu de la population, tout en demandant à la population de garder leur calme.
