Dans la matinée du mercredi 6 février 2019,  de vives tensions règnent  dans l’air de Port-au-Prince. Au Bicentenaire, des détonations d’armes automatiques retentissent et poussent ainsi la population à fuir la zone. Panique à Lalue ou des pneus enflammés et des barricades ont été erigés.Quant au Village de Dieu, il y a eu des échanges de tirs entre les agents de la Police Nationale d’Haïti et des civils armés.
